In conjunction with South Tyneside Council and GMI Construction Group PLC, Muse has created a new 12,000 sq ft office for 65 DWP (Department for Work and Pensions) staff as part of the ongoing regeneration of South Shields town centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Situated on Mile End Road, the new, purpose-built, BREEAM \u2018Very Good\u2019 rated building serves as the town\u2019s new relocated Jobcentre Plus. The centre offers a range of services to help people find work, claim benefits, and provides specialist support for those with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Metal Technology Ltd supplied a range of architectural glazing products including System 4-20 Windows, System 10-35 Doors and System 17 Curtain Walling through approved fabricator ARGLA. We’re delighted to have been involved in this scheme to help contribute to a new repurposed town centre for South Shields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
